• Replaceable Work Surface: Made from thick, durable plastic (PE), which perfectly absorbs the impact of an axe or knife, whilst protecting the tool blades from becoming blunt.
• Welded Construction: Full welding of the frame guarantees monolithic stability and the absence of any vibrations during operation, which is crucial when dealing with high-impact strikes.
• Polished Stainless Steel: The base, made of polished stainless steel, is completely resistant to corrosion, grease and blood, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene.
• Height-Adjustable Legs: Sturdy feet with precise adjustment allow for perfect levelling of the block, eliminating any wobbling on uneven floors.
• Ergonomic Height: The standard height of 800 mm has been selected to ensure optimal swing power and comfort for the butcher.
