Project: 300-liter tilting kettle with agitator – delivery to a customer in Romania

In 2025, among our many projects, we also completed a 300-liter tilting kettle with agitator for a customer in Romania. The device was designed and manufactured entirely of stainless steel, in accordance with our highest quality standards.

The kettle is used for heating, mixing, and preparing food products such as soups, sauces, creams, and preserves. In this type of project, precision craftsmanship, ergonomic operation, and reliable operation of the agitator are crucial, ensuring even heat distribution and excellent consistency of the finished product.

With further orders planned from this market, we were committed to ensuring every detail was perfected. As always, the project was completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard, and the finished kettle was shipped to the customer on schedule.

Project: Custom-made sanitary locks – Dutch client

In 2025, we received numerous orders from abroad. Another project we completed was a custom-made sanitary lock for a Dutch client.

Sanitary locks are used to ensure the highest levels of hygiene and access control in food and industrial plants, enabling the safe passage of employees while maintaining complete disinfection and cleanliness. In this type of project, robust construction, tightness, ergonomic operation, and ease of maintenance are key.

Every detail was meticulously crafted. The project was completed on time and without any issues, and the locks were shipped to the client on schedule.

Construction of a 500-liter boiling kettle for our partner

Another completed project involved the construction and implementation of a 500-liter boiling kettle for our business partner. The device was designed to meet the requirements of the food industry, where hygiene, process repeatability, and production safety are paramount.

The boiling kettle is made of high-grade stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and compliance with applicable sanitary standards. Construction of a Column Tipper with a Safety Cage

This is another successful project for us – the delivery and commissioning of a column tipper with a safety cage, designed for use in food processing plants. The device is designed for intensive use in environments where ergonomics, operator safety, and compliance with food industry sanitary standards are paramount.

The tipper’s structure is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning. The use of a safety cage significantly increases the level of protection during the lifting and emptying process.

Rotary Tables with Variable Speed ​​Control for Germany

We completed a special project involving the production and delivery of rotary tables with variable speed control for a company operating in the pharmaceutical industry. The devices were designed and adapted for automatic receipt of finished products, which periodically leave the production line.

The use of rotary tables is an exceptionally effective solution because it does not require constant employee involvement during product receipt. In a traditional model, the operator would have to remain on the production line and wait for the product to arrive, which generates unnecessary time loss and reduces work efficiency. Automating this stage of the process allows for better utilization of human resources and increased production flow.

The tables are made of high-quality stainless steel, meeting stringent sanitary and quality requirements, which is crucial in a pharmaceutical production environment.

Delivery of 10 150-liter glycerine kettles for our dealer

We completed a comprehensive delivery of 10 150-liter glycerine kettles for our long-time dealer. These devices are designed for technological processes requiring precise and stable temperature control, which is crucial in many sectors of the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries.

Glycerin kettles are a solution that ensures uniform and indirect heating of the batch, eliminating the risk of burning and local overheating of the product. The use of a glycerine jacket allows for very precise control of the heating process and maintaining consistent operating parameters, which directly translates into quality and repeatability of production.

The devices are made of high-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning. These glycerine kettles are ideal for applications where high standards of hygiene, occupational safety, and the ability to integrate with other process equipment are essential.

Smoking Cart Project

This project involved the creation of smoking carts designed to meet the requirements of modern meat processing plants. The carts were adapted to the smoking sticks available in our product range, among others, ensuring a perfect fit and efficient organization of the smoking process.

The carts are constructed of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability, resistance to intensive use, and ease of cleaning. This solution is primarily used in the meat and butchering industries, where ergonomics, safety, and repeatability of technological processes are paramount.

Compatible with our smoking sticks, the carts enable efficient use of space in smoking chambers and streamline product loading and unloading.

Construction of three compact sanitary locks for a Latvian client

We designed and delivered three compact sanitary locks for our Latvian client, ensuring high hygiene standards in a confined space.

During the project, special attention was paid to:

Leaktightness and safety – precise seals and access control systems guarantee complete protection against contamination.

Ergonomy and user comfort – each lock was optimized for passenger flow and the convenience of daily work.

Easy-to-clean materials – resistant to chemicals and intensive use, ensuring long-term operation.

Project: Mobile Column Tipping Machine (Finland)

In this post, we present our project completed in early 2026 for the Finnish market. The delivery included a standard mobile column tipping machine, designed to optimize processes in the food industry. The device combines robust construction with operational flexibility.

Project Features:

Versatility: Suitable for standard 200-liter and 300-liter filling trolleys.

Efficiency and Safety: A load capacity of up to 250 kg and a durable, fully welded construction ensure stable operation in demanding conditions.

Highest Hygiene: The sandblasted surface facilitates cleaning and meets stringent sanitary standards.

Mobility and Adaptability: Equipped with a detachable mobile base and a wide discharge height adjustment range (1600–2200 mm), allowing for easy reconfiguration of the production line.

This project confirms the trust of foreign partners in our technological solutions, which combine Polish technical know-how with European quality standards.

Project: Mobile column tipper with hopper exported to France

Another step in the expansion of our solutions into the European market – this time, we completed an order for a French client. The project included the delivery of a mobile column tipper tailored to the specific technological requirements of a local processing plant.

Solution Specifics:

Integrated hopper: A key element of this project is a dedicated discharge hopper (hopper), which ensures precise product control and minimizes losses during unloading of 200-liter carts.

Full mobility: Thanks to the robust chassis, the device can be easily moved between different sections of the production line, significantly increasing operational flexibility.

Hygienic design: The welded stainless steel construction and sandblasted surface meet strict French sanitary requirements for food safety.

Adjustability and parameters: The device has a load capacity of up to 250 kg and is height-adjustable, allowing for perfect integration with other machines in the production line.

Why France?

The French food industry prioritizes reliability and ergonomics. Our project combines these features, offering a solution that relieves employee workload and accelerates production cycles, while maintaining the highest aesthetics.

Project: Weighing Systems for the Meat Industry in Spain

Another international project is behind us. Our team has delivered two specialized drive-up scales designed for standard 200-liter stuffing carts (called “drums”). The devices were delivered to a processing plant in Spain.

Mettler Toledo Precision and Reliability

The key to the success of this project was the use of advanced Mettler Toledo IND236 weighing terminals. Using this technology, our solutions guarantee:

Exceptional accuracy: Measurement accuracy down to 0.1 kg, which is crucial for maintaining recipe repeatability.

Special Project – Column Tipper with a Hopper and a 5-Meter Positioning Guide

We completed a special project involving the construction of a column tipper with a hopper and a 5-meter positioning guide, designed to meet the individual requirements of an industrial client. The solution was designed to improve the transport and precise emptying of containers in automated production lines.

The 5-meter positioning guide enables stable and repeatable positioning of the trolley within the machine’s operating zone, significantly increasing safety and process smoothness. The integrated hopper allows for controlled and hygienic discharge of product to the next production stage, minimizing material loss.

The tipper’s structure is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring the device meets the requirements of the food, meat, and butchering industries. Structural stability, precise lifting mechanism operation, and adaptability to existing plant infrastructure are key factors in this type of solution.

150-liter Boiling Kettle Project for a Croatian Client

This is our latest export project – a modern, insulated 150-liter boiling kettle that has just arrived at our client in sunny Croatia. This “new design” unit combines our years of experience with the latest trends in food industry machine design.

New design – what does this mean in practice?

In this project, we focused on a refreshed design and improved ergonomics. Our “new design” primarily includes:

Optimized design: Even better component fit and surface finish for easier daily hygiene.

Intuitive controls: A modern panel allows for precise control of the brewing process.

Aesthetics and durability: High-quality stainless steel undergoes finishing processes that give the device a professional, modern look.

Thermal insulation – savings and safety

A key element of this model is the fully insulated body. Why is it so important?

Energy efficiency: Insulation minimizes heat loss to the environment. This allows the cooking process to proceed faster and significantly lowers energy consumption (electricity or gas).

Occupational safety: The outer casing of the boiler remains cooler, drastically reducing the risk of burns for line workers.

Process stability: Maintaining a constant temperature inside the boiler is easier, which directly impacts the consistency and quality of the final product.
