Two-way sanitary airlock

Ensure the highest level of microbiological safety in your facility with a two-way sanitary airlock. This integrated solution is designed to rigorously enforce hygiene procedures in both directions of staff movement. The unit combines automatic hand disinfection and sole washing at the entrance with active footwear disinfection at the exit, eliminating the risk of contaminant transfer between zones.

Entry and Exit Functionality

The airlock acts as an intelligent guardian of cleanliness, offering two independent modules:

1. Entry Module (Disinfection and Washing)

• Hand Disinfection: A touchless system with a suction lance for detergent and adjustable liquid application time.
• Access Control: The turnstile gate only allows passage once the hand disinfection cycle has been successfully completed.
• Sole Washing: A walk-through washer with two rotating brushes, activated by an entry sensor, integrated with a suction lance for chemicals.

2. Exit Module (Footwear Disinfection)

• Disinfection Passage: A special section automatically filled with disinfectant (integrated suction lance), ensuring the sterilisation of soles before leaving the clean zone.
• Swing Gate: A directional swing gate ensures smooth movement whilst maintaining full directional control.

• Power supply: Dual power connections – 230V AC for the disinfection module and 400V AC for the washing module.
• Operating Voltage: Safe 24V DC voltage for control systems.
• Utility Connections: Standard 1/2” water connections and Ø 50 mm drains.
