Intelligent Control and Excellent Consistency

The kettle has been designed to minimise manual labour and ensure the repeatability of every batch:

• Mikster Controller: Digital temperature control guarantees precise maintenance of set parameters, protecting the batch from overheating.
• Efficient Mixing: A 0.75 kW gear motor drives the mixer at a speed of 28 revolutions per minute, ensuring perfect homogenisation of the product without burning.
• Glycerine Jacket: The glycerine-based heating system distributes heat evenly throughout the tank, eliminating the risk of sticking.

• Maximum Hygiene: The polished stainless steel surface facilitates the maintenance of sterile cleanliness.
• Mobility: The unit is mounted on 3 swivel castors (including 2 with brakes), allowing for easy manoeuvring on the production floor.
• Energy Efficiency: Standard design with the option of an additional insulation version, which significantly reduces operating costs.
• Industrial power supply: The boiler is equipped with a robust 32A plug and a 400V power supply.
• Functionality: 1 1/2" drain valve and a clear glycerine jacket level indicator.
